Jay Peak condo Rental Property Information

At Jay Peak Resort, the mountain takes center stage, which is why the best skiers and riders in the northeast fill our lifts every winter. Offering true ski-in, ski-out accommodations, Jay Peak boast the most snow in the East with an average annual snowfall of 376 inches. Jay Peak offers Vermont's only aerial tramway, a 2,153 foot vertical drop, 76 trails, 4 Terrain Parks, glades, chutes and over 100 acres of off-piste skiing. Trail difficulty ratings consist of 20% novice, 40% intermediate and 40% advance. A variety of beginner options are available. Winter holds the majority of our attention up here but spring, summer, and fall at Jay are equal parts serenity and adrenaline. The new Jay Peak Championship Golf Course draws golfers from across the northeast and has quickly become the premier course in the state. Beyond golf there is spectacular hiking and scenic Aerial Tram rides aboard our 60-passenger Tram.

Just 6 miles from the Canadian border and at the top end of the Green Mountain chain, Jay offers the highest snowfall in the East during winter months and the most spectacular colors and views for foliage tours along uncrowded back country roads. The slowed pace of the Northern Kingdom is a great backdrop for relaxation for any season.
