Drive up the circle drive encompassed by the long limbs of the Live Oak flourishing in its center. As you enter the home your eye will immediately be drawn out through the wall to wall sliding glass doors to the two level deck leading to the lagoon. Before going outside you must pass through the Great Room with lush sofas to lounge on and take in the calming view. Hints of bamboo, raffia, and African sculptures encompass the dark wood armoire that holds a Flat Screen TV. Don't forget to check out the BOSE Radio/CD player. To the left of the Great Room sits a new wood Brunswick Pool Table, which will make anyone in your party want to play!

Stepping outside, the first level of the wood deck is home to a new BBQ for all your grilling needs. There is an outdoor table with seating for six. Step onto the cascading staircase which runs down to the lagoon. Stop at the azure pool for some fun in the sun. Proceed to the dock where you can pull up a boat, cast a lure, or just sit on the bench and take in the serene surroundings. Across the lagoon is the 13th hole of the Trent Jones Golf Course for the golfer in the group. Enter the house this time through the screened in back porch. Turn up the fan and cool off after a day in the sun. Walking inside the home you leave the Low Country and are transported to the French Country side. This black granite counter topped and oak cabinetry kitchen is a cooks dream. There is an abundance of counter space and stainless steel appliances for your use. Be sure to make use of the oversized island, ideal for extra chopping room or serving.
