Huatulco house Rental Property Information

Brand new (complete October 2008, watch for updated pictures) contemporary on the beach at Playa La Bocana. Three queen beds plus 2 singles in two bedrooms that double as couches during the day. The bedrooms are air conditioned. You’ll have the comforts of home with the beauty of the surf at your door. Large pool, fully equipped kitchen, linens, & maid service included and cook at your option. The home is located just 5-10 minutes from 5 star hotels and the main plaza. Huatulco’s unspoiled tropical paradise is best known for its pristine natural beauty. The Mexican federal government has committed to preserving Huatulco’s status as an eco-friendly resort. Sunshine can be expected over 300 days a year with the average temperature of 31C. Huatulco has its own international airport, just a 15-20 from La Bocana. La Bocana is still a bit rustic, but you’ll find a few restaurants, local mud treatments, bird watching and massages within two blocks of this far from rustic beach house.

Huatulco consists of 7 bays, La Bocana is the southern most bay. It features surfing, surf fishing, beach activities, a few restaurants, local mud treatments, bird watching and massages, all within walking distance of the house. Huatulco is also known for its deep sea fishing, ATV excursions, beach front golf course, horseback riding through the jungle (and on the beach, seasons permitting), river rafting, amazing waterfalls, snorkeling and scuba diving.
