Casa La Roca has finally opened its door for rentals. This three-story 6 bedroom, 6 bath masterpiece has been a three year project in the making. The owners had a vision of creating the ultimate dream home, and here it is! This villa sits proudly on the shore of Puerto Aventuras, a small gated luxury community. It is one of few private homes in the area with the oceanfront at it’s door step. The interior design is simply amazing. Walk through the large cedro wood door and enter the foyer... cathedral ceilings, marble floors, collections of fine art, an enormous window with a view of the waterfront and infinity pool. The kitchen alone would make any chef in awe. The villa is complete with surround sound inside and out for your enjoyment.

The casita also has a flat screen television along with SKY service & a DVD player. Bring your i-pod, we have a Belkin adaptor to listen to with our in/outdoor surround sound speakers. Casa La Roca is one of the few villas in Puerto Aventuras with an outdoor, heated jacuzzi. Simply amazing pool that runs as a walkway from the steps to the infinity edge. Gradually deepens from 2ft-4ft. Full size refrigerator with a reverse osmosis filtering system (for both water and ice). There is a separate mini fridge in the casita. Whirlpool wine cooler in the main kitchen... you need it stocked? Private chef is available (extra charge) upon request. Menus will be furnished for guests requesting this service. They have provided a membership to the Omni Resort for guests to have access to the private sandy beach at the Omni, free internet, use of all swimming pools and swim up bars, and many other amenities. More Amenities: Overlooking the ocean - breathtaking view for Casa La Roca. We have snorkel equipment and 6 beach cruisers for the clients to enjoy. There are walk in closets in almost every room. Personal safes in each roof for your treasured belongings. Living quarters are far from shy in their elaborate comfortability. The grande master bedroom and bathroom is located on the third floor with its own exclusive roof top deck. Watch the stars or sunbathe in the privacy where only birds are in view. There are two bedrooms located on each wing of the house, totaling four. Two are located on the pool deck and two are on the second floor with a wrap around balcony. The fifth bedroom is in its own separate casita. Fully equipped with it’s own private entrance, television, mini fridge and bathroom. This casita is great for teenagers, nannies or a quiet space for the grandparents.
