The beach is only one block away and you are also less than a block to the supermarket, restaurants, and the children's park. The property is gated with a large swimming pool for guests. This is ground floor unit, so access is easy. No stairs to climb. The unit has a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper couch in the living room. Tamarindo is a gorgeous beach with lovely town as well. The beach is white sand with a picturesque view of Isla Capitan at the southern end of Tamarindo Bay. Because the beach is protected, many people enjoy swimming at Tamarindo and also enjoy learning to surf. Tamarindo residents come from all over the world, so you'll find a great deal of variety in dining options including French, Chinese, Japanese, Argentinean and local flavors. Many visitors love the ton of outdoor activities that Tamarindo has to offer at such a short distance. Parque Marino Las Baulas is just minutes away and is nesting grounds for the leatherback turtle. There are also many species of bird, lizard, mammals, and plants to be seen in the area.
