Montserrat villa Rental Property Information

Our warm and inviting villa home is located in the quiet residential neighborhood of Olveston. Enjoy the spectacular ocean views while swimming in our over-sized tile pool. Our modern kitchen is equipped with a new stove top and refrigerator with ice maker as well as a double wall oven. The master bedroom located on the upper level of the Villa is newly furnished with a queen size bed and a jacuzzi tub in the master bath. Two bedrooms are located on the lower level, with a full bathroom and laundry room. One bedroom has a queen sized bed; the other two single beds. Sliding glass doors retract into the walls of the living room creating a unique indoor/outdoor experience. Tropical fruit trees enhance the large double lot and when in season, bananas, limes and mango's are available for your enjoyment! It's a short 5-minute ride to 3 of the most beautiful beaches on the island, and a short walk to the town of Salem for groceries and dining.

Barefoot Villa is located on South Mayfield Estate Drive in the town of Olveston. The villa is a short drive to 3 beautiful beaches and within walking distance to the village of Salem. It is a short walk to Rams Market, Gourmet Garden Restaurant (which is open for lunch and dinner) and The Attic (which is open for breakfast and lunch).
