Isla Mujeres studio Rental Property Information

The Oceanfront Studio is a short walk to town, has wonderful views of the Caribbean, and is just steps from the turquoise water. It has a queen bed, full bathroom, cable TV, DVD player, CD player, bar fridge, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, iron, and ironing blanket. The studio has furnished terrace areas as well as an interior seating area and table with chairs. The Villa Tranquila Studio can be reserved as one unit accommodating 2 guests and you would have access to the rooftop pool and large covered palapa area. There is a sink, refrigerator, and toilet on the rooftop along with loungers, chairs, built-in bench, and tables. The views from the rooftop are magnificent! Watch the sunrise over the Caribbean in the mornings and the sunset over the Bay in the evenings. It is spectacular!

Snorkeling/Diving: There are many operations willing to take tourists out to some of the local reefs for some fantastic snorkeling. If diving is more your speed, there are several great dive shops located on Isla Mujeres. Fishing: There are several outfits willing to take passengers out for a day's fishing excursion. Garrafón Natural Reef Park: Garrafón Natural Reef Park is a snorkel park located at the southern tip of Isla Mujeres. This park is unique as there is a reef located just a few feet off the shore. Dolphin Discovery: Get up close with a dolphin. You can be in the water, touch and even kiss the most loved of all sea creatures! Take a day or more trip to see some fantastic Mexican sites. Anything from a day trip shopping in Cancun to trips to view the ruins of Tulum will make an exciting addition to your vacation.   • The studio has its own private bathroom. The Mexican sink and talavera tile top surrounding the sink gives space for toiletries. It is located in the bedroom. There is a shelf, with a furnished hair dryer on it and a laundry basket under the sink. The toilet and shower is separated from the bedroom by a wooden louvered swinging door. The shower is all ceramic tile. On the roof by the pool is also a sink and a toilet.

Studio Rental Included with your reservation are bicycles for touring the island. There is also a washer and dryer for guest use. In fact, there is possibly not an amenity that the owners have not thought of to make your stay flawless.

The location is also great...just a little bit from the town square for some 'Tranquility' ...but close enough for a brisk walk to town for shopping or great food at any number of spots and some great salsa music and rock/blues at JAX.
