This bright, spacious and fully equipped beachside duplex home is nestled in the barrier dunes of Dauphin Island's foremost gated, private east-end Gulf front community, Audubon Place, with a spectacular view of the Gulf from the private, covered front porch. This duplex has three bedrooms and two baths, accommodating up to 10 persons, and may be rented separately or together - perfect for a family reunion or a group get-together with friends, fishing buddies, church or social groups. Both units are fully furnished and comfortably equipped. Sleeping accommodations conveniently include all bath towels and bed linens. No crowds or noisy traffic - not even a stoplight! We are located on the cul-de-sac of this friendly community's one and only private street. It's a short stroll across the dunes or down the community boardwalk to the secluded beach.
