Sandestin Resort is the 'most desirable property' on the Emerald Coast. The resort has top level private security, excellent restaurants, white sandy beaches, shopping, tennis, golf and many other activities for adults as well as children. There are miles of bicycle trails and a tunnel under the highway which eliminates highway crossings if you want to walk or ride bikes through the resort or to the beach. There is bike rental in the resort as well as bus service. Approximately one mile from the resort is the Silver Sands Outlet Mall as well as a host of other shops and restaurants nearby.

Our unit is located on the bayside of Sandestin Resort, the very first condo complex on the right after entering the property. It has a fantastic view of the Choctowhatchee Bay, the Marina, Fairway golf greens, the pool and Baytown Village. The private pool with pool side furniture and a large deck for sunning and relaxation is directly next to our corner unit. Our unit is unique with two large decks, one covered, one uncovered, both furnished and one with a gas grill for special gatherings. The living room features two large sliding glass doors for great views of the property. The condo features 'double master-suites' both with king sized beds and private baths with marble showers.
