Calafia condo Rental Property Information

This unit is in Calafia, a quiet, family oriented, gated, 24 hour guarded community about 5 miles south of Rosarito Beach. The unit has everything your family needs for a relaxing seaside vacation. Master Bedroom has a king bed, and master bath has a jacuzzi tub, the second and third bedrooms have queen size beds, more guests can sleep on the sleeper sofa in the living area. The open living, dining and kitchen is a great place to gather after a day at the beach to prepare a meal in the gourmet kitchen. The living room has a large flat screen TV,DVD player. Unit has washer/dryer, dishwasher. The large terrace off the living room is the place to hang out. Watch the whales and dolphins and enjoy the gas BBQ. The community has a private sandy beach, oceanfront heated pool and jacuzzi, gym. In the lobby of this building (which is on the 3rd floor) enjoy the sundeck with 2 more jacuzzis with ocean views, or enjoy the sauna or steam. The lobby is a 'hot spot' WIFI, bring your computer.

This unit is located about 5 miles south of Rosarito Beach, right next door to the Calafia Hotel and 1 mile south of Foxploration--the studio where Titanic and Masters and Commanders was made. Tours of the studio are available. Horseback riding on the beach is 5 minutes away. Baja Norte's famous wine country, Valle de Gaudelope is a 40 minute drive. Deep sea fishing is available in Ensenada about 40 minutes away as well. Rosarito has many fine restaurants, the Rosarito Beach Hotel where Hollywood celbs hung out in the 30's & 40's. Rosarito alos has several discos and bars for the party crowd. Minutes to several great surf spots.
