The home has 2 patios overlooking the river for relaxing or sun bathing.This newer home is in a great location for all amenities. There is a boat launch ramp and marina 500 feet away. A bar and restaurants at the marina that has bands on the weekends and serves great food. There are also several great restaurants within just a few blocks from the house. The Colorado river is well known for great Bass fishing that can be caught right off the dock. There are casinos about a 15 minute boat ride up river to Laughlin which you can dock at there casino or you can drive approx. 20 minutes by car.
