This unique 5 bedroom 7700 square feet architects home was built in 2008. It sits on a large 1.5 acre lot on one of the most beautiful lake of the Lauren tides, with a 200 feet water frontage. This 3 story modern and minimalist mansion was designed by one of the best architect working with celebrities in Los Angeles; it features incredible volumes throughout the house. Every room is dramatically oversize, and surrounded with large windows that offer incredible views of the lake and the forest. The design throughout of the house is zen and modern with top of the line everything. The house is wired for Internet access. The mansion's floor is covered with a wonderful maple wood floor.

The first floor is a huge open space area featuring the dining room, the living room and the kitchen area. The entrance of the house showcases an impressible 40 feet double height ceiling. The dining room is furnished with a huge dining table for 10-12 people, adjoining to that is the living room with the sofa and a gorgeous fire place. The first floor is comprised of an accessible over sized deck of close to 2000 square feet, where guests can sunbath, have a meal or cook on the outdoor barbecue. The kitchen is over sized with modern light wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a central island that makes cooking fun during your vacations.

The stairway is a piece of art on its own and leads to the second floor and the ground floor,where it contains 2 guests bedroom a TV/play room and the spa. The ground floor overlooks the lake and guest will have access to the large lower deck to relax and unwind. The game and TV room, include also a treadmill and an elliptical, as well as a commercial pinball and a European soccer table machine. The Spa Is equipped with a sauna, a large steam bath, a shower cabin and a full bathroom equipped with a bathtub.
