Venice house Rental Property Information

Our Venice home is in a quiet neighborhood south of the island of Venice, on a lake and features a heated pool, and a backyard with orange tree and lake views. This home has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths,and one queen sleeper sofa. The house has a living room, family room, an open modern kitchen, dining area, sun room, and a screened in lanai with private electric heated pool with southwest exposures and sunset views. Also it features ceramic tile in the main living area,carpeted bed rooms, central air, washer & dryer, and high speed wireless Internet for those who bring their laptop computer. This is a is a very roomy vacation home. The house has a split bedroom floor plan. The master bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has 2 twins (push them together to make a king). The home is a short distance to downtown Venice and several beautiful beaches including the dog beach Brohard Paw Park.

Venice, FL., close to everything: visit our beautiful beaches (several to choose from), shopping, golfing, festivals, restaurants, theater, great fishing,you don't even need a boat, there is great fishing from the Venice Pier.However if you want to get out and explore these waters boat rentals are available in the area, bird watching is amazing right in the back yard as there is a rookery at the end of the lake, hunt for prehistoric shark teeth (you can find them easily on the beach), 2 hrs to Disney World or Seaworld in Orlando,1 hr 20 min. to Bush Gardens in Tampa, 25 min. to Mote Aquarium or Marie Selby Botanical Gardens in Sarasota, or visit Myakka River State Park for a great day of exploring Florida's nature.
