    There are additional fees paid by the Renter directly to Arrowhead Lakes:
    Gate pass must be purchased for $25.00 per vehicle per length of your stay in order to access the community.

    Arrowhead has security patrols 24 hours a day.
  • *Amenity Badges are only required from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
    Amenity Badges: $7.50 per person per day or $25.00 per person per week.
    These fees are not negotiable, must be paid to Arrowhead Lakes Community Association (4) days in advance.
