  • $ 15.00 per person / night surcharge for parties exceeding 8 persons.
    $ 50.00 surcharge for pets.
  • Cancellation policy:

    If the reservation is cancelled before 60 days from the check-in date there will be a 25% cancellation fee charged on the reservation deposit + GST for any cancellation to cover associated costs.

    If the reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to your arrival date, the full amount of the rent plus taxes will be charged. Should another booking be secured for some or all of the rental period, there will be a refund in the amount of money recovered less a cancellation fee of 25% of the booking + GST.

    To make a reservation, 50% payment is required with the balance + deposit required 60 days prior to check-in.

Stairs to second floor may be challenging for the elderly or infirm. Wheelchair access applies only to the main floor. A seven man hot-tub is available outdoors, while three jacuzzi tubs are available indoors. The large gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with place settings for 12.
