Big beach and recreation area at Cave Rock for boat launching or playing just a minute away or walk 1/2 block to private, sandy community beach for guests of Lincoln Park. Large, well equipped, comfortable home for the group or family getaway with plenty of space for everyone. Big, open living room with high beam ceilings, overlooking large sun deck with huge hot tub, table, chairs and BBQ just off convenient kitchen, dining room area with three seating options inside as well. Piano in living room by fireplace with large screen TV, CD, DVD. Large, open kitchen has plenty of room for meals and, games and is well equipped with all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, linens, blankets, pillows, etc.

PAYMENT POLICY Full payment is due 90 days in advance of arrival. For all holidays and summer reservations from May 21-September 20, 2009 payment is due in full within 10 days of confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY Full refund given if cancelled 90 days or more. 1-89 days cancellations are non-refundable unless we are able to rebook the property, or reschedule your stay within six months of original reservation based upon availability in this same home. No refunds given for holiday or summer rentals.

SECURITY DAMAGE DEPOSIT Customer will provide a credit card on 'original' copy of confirmation agreement. The card is not charged and will not be charged as long as home is respected, with no excessive cleaning, maintenance fees or missing or damaged items. Customer agrees to pay for any such occurrences.
