Situated on the absolute SW tip of the island of Puerto Rico about two and a half hours from San Juan (Isla Verde International Airport) and 30 minutes from Aguadilla-Borinquen Airport, in the exciting area of Cabo Rojo. This property welcomes you and gives you the perfect time to relax and enjoy its amenities. (Take highway 100 to Cabo Rojo and then Highway 102, Joyuda). It's a 10 minutes car ride to the famous Boquron Beach with its gentle warm waters and sleepy island breezes, or walk to the nearest beach. Then get into your car, and take a fifteen minutes drive through the salt flats and the Nature Preserve to La Playa de Los Morrillos; perhaps the most magnificent beach in the Caribbean. This glorious crescent shaped white sandy beach is usually never crowded and provides a tranquil getaway to enjoy the sun and swim or enjoy the gold campus located just walking distance. Further the Guest acknowledges and understands that Party Leader must notify the Owner of any damage that occurs during their stay immediately to avoid penalties. Where a Guest is found to have brought a pet to the property without prior written permission, a bill of $500 will be made to the Guest to compensate for additional cleaning requirements, which the Guest agrees to pay within 14 days. The Guest agrees that the Owner can charge additional fees to cover: * Early arrival or late departure charges * Non-return of keys - $250
