Home is available for sale Family brand new 2-story house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining room, terrace upstairs, open garage space, laundry, A/C, and a beautiful equipped modern kitchen with granite counter top. This house can sleep 6 people comfortably. The house is located on road #102 just a few miles from the best of Cabo Rojo, seafood restaurants in the Joyuda area. Being at only few miles away from Mayaguez (15 minutes drive), Hormigueros, San German, the house has convenient access to road #2 and #100,major traffic roads to places like Mayaguez shopping Mall, Puerto Real, Combate and Boqueron great beaches. The Boqueron beach has Bar B Que facility and showers, it's a very beautiful beach.

Situated on the absolute SW tip of the island of Puerto Rico about two and a half hours from San Juan (Isla Verde International Airport) and 50 minutes from Aguadilla-Borinquen Airport, in the area of Cabo Rojo, this property welcomes you and gives you the perfect time to relax and enjoy it’s amenities. (Take Highway 100 to Cabo Rojo and then Highway 102, Joyuda). It's a 10 minute car ride to the famous Boquerón Beach with its gentle warm waters and sleepy island breezes, or walk to the nearest beach called Playa Ostiones and take a fifteen minutes drive through the salt flats and the Nature Preserve to La Playa de Los Morrillos; perhaps the most magnificent beach in the Caribbean.

The renter will be held responsible for any damages to the property during the rented period. The renting guest is not to give any type of parties during the rented period and will be responsible for any broken items during the rental of the property. There is no early or late arrival fees. Guess can ocupied the property after 12:00 PM and will leave no later than 5:00 PM, unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner. The Guest will have to take the necessary cautions in the property to avoid any accidents, and it is recommend they take the thrash out every day.
