Shops, restaurants, groceries, are steps from the front door. The apartment has been completely renovated and is on the 4th – top floor (with lift) in a Bourgeois building. 10 French windows/doors, all double glazed, lead out to a balcony which completely surrounds the apartment, and allows wonderful light into each room with a view of the city and surrounding hills. The floors are Terra Cotta tile. There is a double sized living room with a fireplace, sofa corner and flat screen TV with cable connection.
