'Sunrise' is a modern two story home with 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a 2 car garage, and a roomy 2,100 sq. ft. floor plan. The home has vaulted ceilings, a tropical theme, and contains all the comforts you will need to enjoy your stay. The master suite has its own fireplace, large windows, and a large walk-in closet. The master bath has a jetted tub and a beautifully tiled shower. The other bedrooms upstairs are a queen, full, and a smaller bedroom with a twin. Downstairs there is a private room/den with a full size futon for extra sleeping. 'Sunrise' also has a living room and family room with a 52 inch 1080i big screen. The kitchen is modern with all the amenities needed to cook or entertain, and is surrounded by two dining areas, and a wet bar around the corner. Outside there is a patio with seating, a gas barbecue, and a private, fenced yard. 'Sunrise' is also part of a community association, with access to a swimming pool, tennis courts, and hot tub during the summer.
