St Cyprien castle Rental Property Information
This charming 18th century château is more than just a home; its owners are antique dealers and so the décor is ever changing as they showcase their latest discoveries.
The interior design is immutable however. Cool stone floors (warmed in winter by in-floor heating and antique carpets), high ceilings, original architectural details, bright white walls, airy uncluttered rooms, and a décor of carefully chosen and tastefully arranged items set this home apart. The owners’ eclecticism puts a Louis XV armoire next to a contemporary chair, or a modern lamp on an antique table.
Despite its imposing architecture and formal layout, the Manoir atmosphere is casual and relaxed. In the large, bright kitchen a wide fireplace and large wooden table that seats 12. In summer, the garden level is extra cool and the lower sitting area is a natural place to relax – it even has an antique sleigh bed for siestas.

Nothing sets HomesAway apart more than our Local Hosts. They wear many hats during your stay: guide, companion, advisor, translator, local friend around the corner and troubleshooter… available for up to 15 hours your first week, 10 hours in subsequent weeks - or more if you choose.
Your Local Host prepares the home for your arrival, greets you at the door and makes sure you are properly introduced to your new surroundings. Best of all, they are available throughout your holiday to help you plan or fine tune your daily itinerary. You might ask them to guide you around the local markets, introduce you to the village baker, point you to the best artisan shops, or arrange a special wine tasting.
And while you’re off on your own, they work behind the scenes, making the arrangements you have requested – a cook for a special dinner, a hard-to-get restaurant reservation, a high chair or any other special need.
