Alajuela house Rental Property Information

Come relax and get away in our recently built home between 2 volcanoes. We have all the comforts of home including our luxurious two person elevated bathtub with panoramic views of the jungle and volcanoes. The house rests on 37 acres of private reserve where you will encounter primary growth forest, howler monkeys, quetzal, tapir, tropical turkeys, amazing variety of hummingbirds, armadillos, etc. as you travel upon the kilometers of trails that traverse through the jungle, streams, and natural springs. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and table settings for 10 people. A Washer and dryer, TV, VCR, DVD player with a several movie titles, and a substantial library of books are part of the many details which come to make your stay both comfortable and relaxing. Although these conveniences are available, the location and architecture of the home, the layout of the land lends to a complete disconnection from the normal routines of life.

Guest Book Paul and Dori Pittman (pdpittman@racsa.co.cr) said: We found your retreat home to be JUST WHAT WE NEEDED, a place of quiet to rest, for our children to run and play with no traffic, new experiences for them like milking cows by hand, trout fishing, exploring, feeding cows by hand out back, time to read and breath fresh air; we will go back soon; the library with so many great books for all ages was a real bonus; the DVD player for rainy afternoons, and such fun things nearby to do. The BIRDS! Hummingbirds coming to the feeder at least every 10 minutes….and I think I saw a quetzal fly by! The Costa Rican family and neighbors very helpful, desirous to help in any way…..Don Mario at the dairy was a treat, and his daughter Theresa….very nice and willing to help us enjoy our stay. They brought fresh milk and cheese, and strawberries. Awesome!
