Casa Balam y T'ul (Jaguar and Rabbit House) is a beautiful home in a tropical garden setting with swimming pool, just steps from one of the world's most beautiful beaches. It features a cozy living and kitchen area, complete with all kitchen equipment and appliances, and satellite TV. The first master suite features beautiful stained glass, king-size bed, bath with tub/shower, and private terrace where you can enjoy the tropical breezes and ocean views. The second bedroom is air-conditioned with queen bed and a beautiful tiled bath w/ shower. The 3rd bedroom--also a master suite--features a stunning ocean view all the way to Cozumel,;queen bed; palapa covered bath with shower; mini-bar with fridge, coffee maker & microwave; and a rooftop terrace. There's also a 'bonus' bedroom with a bunk bed, private bath, and a separate entrance (suitable for older children, teens, or agile adults who don't require a view). Casa Balam can also be rented as a 2-bedroom w/o 3rd floor suite.

Casa Balam y T'ul and our neighboring villa, Casa Colel Luna, are located in the secure, gated community of Playacar, next to the ancient Xaman Ha ruins.

It's just a five-minute walk to the Cozumel ferry dock and the charming town of Playa del Carmen and the popular 5th Avenue area. There you'll find all the services and attractions you could desire including great restaurants, numerous shopping options, supermarkets, banks, doctors, and more.
