Austin house Rental Property Information

Wonderful home located on the edge of Downtown Austin in the Historic Clarksville neighborhood. Totally renovated Craftsman Style home originally built in 1940. Great central location right off 6th Street a couple of blocks east of Loop 1 (Mopac). Exceptional convenience to all festivals, restaurants, shopping, parks, clubs, conventions and shows. Restaurants, grocery stores, parks, shopping and clubs in walking distance within the neighborhood. Very close to the University of Texas, the Austin Convention Center, the Warehouse District and South Congress (SoCo). Advance reservations requested since this is my home and need to make arrangements to be away from home during your stay. Great neighborhood with great neighbors. I have lived here over 12 years. Home features separate central air and heat units for upstairs and Large kitchen opens to large dining, opens to large living, opens to large formal living. Nice open floor plan! Just about everything you want or need a walk, short cab or bus ride away (there is a bus stop at the end of my street). There is also art exhibited on the walls and around the house available for sale by Austin artists. You will find paintings, photography and sculpture.
