The beautiful beach with its warm clear water and fine white sand is just steps away. Playa's best restaurants are just a few minutes' stroll from the villa. A short drive--or bus, combi or taxi ride--will bring you to some of the world's finest snorkeling spots (Akumal, Yalku, Xelha), ancient Mayan ruins (Tulum, Coba), and natural wonders such as mysterious caves and cenotes. Other nearby attactions include Cozumel Island (diving), Xcaret Eco-Park, Puerto Aventuras (sport fishing), and the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve.   • 20% deposit required to hold dates. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. $400 refundable security/damage deposit. Deposits and balance payable by personal check, cashier's check, money order, PayPal or credit card (through PayPal). Add 2% surcharge for Paypal payments.

    Cancellation Policy: For cancellations before 60 days prior tp rental date, all monies will be returned less a $200 processing fee. For cancellations within 60-day period, monies will be returned only to the extent they are recouped by fillling the vacancy.

Further Details for the villa in Yucatan / Mayan Riviera, Mexico

All rooms have terraces and are cooled by ocean breezes and ceiling fans. Three bedrooms are air-conditioned. Maid service is provided three days a week (or more upon request). In addition to our gorgeous swimming pool designed as a miniature 'cenote' (a natural freshwater pool) -- complete with waterfalls and two separate shallow play pools, we have recently completed a magical garden environment with a gazebo, a small river and two fanciful waterfalls . There is a large built-in grill area as well as several terraces with tables and chairs for dining. (Note that the pool is shared with our other home, Casa Balam y T'ul.) You will find that Casa Colel Luna is very reasonably priced for all that it offers. It's the perfect place for families or groups of friends to gather in comfort, surrounded by the lush beauty of tropical Mexico. For larger groups (12-18 people), consider renting both homes together.
