This is a great family vacation rental for summer and holidays -- and a wonderful getaway for seniors in the off-season. The condo is very accessible to 'Restaurant Row,' as well as to shopping outlets. Many live entertainment centers are within three miles. The condo offers on-site parking. There are only eighteen condo units in the complex. No Pets Allowed!! Prefer non smokers!! - Living Room/Dining - Full size sofa sleeper with matching love seat, AC unit/heats also, TV, VCR, Glass top table, bar stools at counter separating kitchen from dining room. Kitchen with tile floor, Laundry Nook - stacked washer and dryer, cleaning apparatus and small soft back library. This unit is net, clean, nicely decorated and furnished like a home.
