Houses only one side of Clinton St] Wonderful for waterfront walks in Kings Park and spectacular Sunset views across harbor to Fort Adams and Newport Bridge. Bicycle rides around Ocean Drive and to beaches. Within walking distance [2 Blocks] of Lower Thames St. w/ Restaurants, Shopping, Banks and ATM’s. Cottage dates from 1890's and was fully renovated in the 80’s. It was completely freshly re-finished, re-painted & re-furbished for the 2007 season. Finished wood floors and carpets throughout. Lovely bright upstairs w/ skylights. 45mins from Providence Green Airport. Newport State Airport on the island for small aircraft. Sleeps four w/ pullout couch for occasional guests. Fully furnished and equipped - just bring your suitcase! No smoking in house.
