In October 2007, a 35ft pool with a relaxing heated jacuzzi tub will be available for your enjoyment. The pool overlooks the Indian River and provides spectacular views of the Kennedy Space Center and shuttle launches. Just seven minutes from Cocoa Beach and 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport, you can come back each night to a private dock where you can fish and enjoy the incredible sunset.
