  • 50% of your rental rate is required to reserve the villa, payable in US currency by certified funds or money order with the balance due 4 weeks before your arrival date. A security deposit of US$300.00 is required and will be returned after an inspection of the villa on your departure. The security deposit will be due with your final payment. Your rental rate includes the live-in services of a cook and maid and the services of a groundskeeper. The cook will prepare your meals, the maid will take care of the daily cleaning and the groundskeeper will keep your own private pool sparkling. Your food, beverages and transportation are not included. Rates do not include staff gratuities (usually 10% of the weekly rental rate) which are paid directly to the staff.
