Beautiful, brand new townhouse located within walking distance to 13 miles of pristine sandy white beaches, a championship golf course (The Golf Club of Amelia Island) and the Ritz Carlton. The 'resort style' pool at the Preserves (our complex) is just steps away from our home. This luxury townhouse is beautifully decorated. Each bedroom (master bedroom on 1st floor) has its own bathroom and plenty of closet space. In addition, there are two Aerobeds available. You will enjoy the large living area which easily accommodates family get-togethers. At the end of the day, relax on the screened in lanai and patio overlooking the private lake.
