This three bedroom home is right on the water with wonderful open views. This home is in a private neighborhood on a dead in street and has a fenced back yard. Enjoy the views and watching the dolphins from the open deck. There is a boat dock on deep water so you can bring your boat or rent one nearby. A large open family room has windows all around to also give you wonderful views. This home is fun and nautical just as you would expect in sunny Florida. The whole house is light and bright. Everything you need is right there. Two bedrooms have queen beds and one has a full size. Also there are two sofa sleepers. Walking distance to the white sand beach and minutes to John's pass Village, offering wonderful seafood restaurant's, boat and jet ski rentals, para-sailing, fishing charters, a floating casino, art galleries and gift shops.. Grocery store and a local Putt-Putt are only 2 blocks away.
