The interior has been repainted and refurnished to a high standard which includes an air conditioned games room. It is located in the popular Eagle Pointe district of Kissimmee/Orlando, Florida. Ideal for two families to share. The games area is equipped with a Play Station 2 + games, pool table, air Hockey, foosball table.

Location

Disney World is approximately a ten minute drive away, with shops and restaurants minutes away, the local supermarket (Walmart) is within a five-minute drive. Other attractions include Universal Studio and Sea World which are approximately a 15-minute drive away.

Pool The pool is approximately 24-feet long and can be heated, if required. The covered lanai area has an outdoor fan and light, with four deluxe sun loungers and a large table with four chairs.

The villa is maintained by a local, professional team who ensures the villa is immaculate for your arrival. Cleaning, lawn care, pool care, pest control, and maintenance is a very high priority for us and our team make sure this is carried out to highest standards.
