The house features lots of Open Space....a raised Gourmet Kitchen with panoramic views, beautiful granite counter tops and a large island, all brand new appliances including a stainless steel fridge & range, dishwasher, microwave, and lots of gadgets! The Great Room--Comfy furniture facing a cozy gas fireplace and numerous sliding doors to a large waterfront deck with BBQ, table and chairs-- the 'open-air' Dining Room with sliding doors down to the beach, and a gas fireplace as well. Outdoor Cape Cod shower, cozy library, jacuzzi, large rec room with ping pong, 5 TVs, 3 DVD, 3 VCR, 3 very large bedrooms-all private baths!!

Our 'room highlights'... The house has a very open feel. The Great Room, Dining Room and Gourmet Kitchen all flow into each other. All rooms are very spacious and all have incredible water views. Master Bedroom with waterfront deck, gas fireplace, top-of-the-line king bed, fainting couch (you'll need this when you see our sunsets!)--large master bath with a bidet, heated tile floors and jacuzzi with water views! An oversized Playroom with ping-pong table, office area with high-speed internet, work-out equipment--this space is F-U-N! The Great Room: Beautiful, large open space with panoramic water views, gas fireplace, multiple sliding doors to front deck, mahogany floors. A cozy Library off of the Great Room with comfy chairs & lots of books. Raised Gourmet Kitchen with panoramic views, a wonderful (wine-drinking) island, granite countertops, all new appliances, great gadgets, spacious pantry (with washer & dryer).

Lots of Extras! Some of the many Extras.... All top-of-the-line king-sized bedding. All bedrooms are very spacious, all have water views (you fight it out--sunrise or sunset view?), all have TVs and sitting areas, & all have there own spacious private bath with shower/ bathtub!! Beautiful mahogany hardwood floors downstairs, wall-to-wall carpeting upstairs, and custom tiling throughout. 6 TVs , 3 DVD players, 3 VCR players, 4 telephones. All brand new appliances and wonderful kitchen gadgets, washer & dryer, large pantry, garage. Outdoor Cape Cod shower overlooking Sandy Neck! Where are we?? We are right on the beach!! The house is located at the water's end of a private dead-end road in Barnstable Village. Five-minute walk to the whale-watch harbor, restaurants and shops, & the best lobster & clam shack on the Cape! Right off of historic Route 6A....Minutes from the theaters, museums, great restaurants, shopping, fishing and nightlife. 1 hour from Provincetown, 1 hour from Boston (give or take a couple minutes).
