Key Colony Beach house Rental Property Information

This Florida Keys vacation rental is ideally located midway between Key Largo and Key West, off the coast of Marathon -- home of the best fishing and diving in the Keys. The house is right on the water, and features spectacular views from every window. You can watch the sunrise and sunset over the water. There is a 100-foot dock (for your boat) with a fish-cleaning station and a bait freezer. There are also fishing and diving charters within walking distance. There are many excellent restaurants nearby, as well as a golf course, tennis courts, and a playground for the kids. Enjoy the Cabana Club's temperature-controlled swimming pool, hot tub, sandy ocean beach, bar and restaurant during your stay. Use of the Cabana Club is included with your weekly rental.

Fishing and Diving Paradise at Beautiful Key Colony Beach, Fl. We are on OPEN WATER--Sunrises on Bonefish Bay and Sunsets on Shelter Bay. NO NEIGHBORS on Left side. Walk to 4 restaurants. Bike, Walk or drive to the private membership we have at the Cabana Club, private beach, jacuzzi, snackbar and gameroom only 7/10's of a mile away. Less than a mile!!! Fish off the dock for tarpon, yellowtail snappers, or whatever is passing thru!! Rent Kayaks, Boats, or Take a Fishing Charter right down the street!! Great shopping and dining on the Causeway!! Special Events all the time here and Marathon!! One hour from Key West--awesome drive over bridges!! Turtle Hospital and Dolphin Research Center nearby!! LOVING THE KEYS!!
