We invite you to cozy up and indulge in our 'Piece of Paradise', located just 65 yards from the breathtaking emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our townhome is located in one of Destin's most sought-after oceanfront, family-friendly resorts. Imagine low owner rates offered, no elevators to negotiate, no streets or parking lots to cross, being able to park at your very own front door and partaking in Gulf fishing from the 'luckiest fishing village in the world'. During your visit, enjoy the colorful landscaping and an enticing beachfront gazebo just a few feet from your own private patio. Feed the ducks and turtles in our five-acre freshwater fishing lake (stocked for fishing). All of this in a luxurious, spacious, newly decorated townhome that is extremely child-friendly. Our 'home-away-from-home' offers all of the comforts you could ever wish for such as an all-white, fully-equipped, and well-stocked kitchen, four TVs with DVD, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand and pool toys.

We are located right in the heart of Destin, Florida in a quaint development called Southbay by The Gulf. It is located on the ocean side of Highway 98 between the Big Kahuna Water Park and Target. Southbay by the Gulf south is tucked back by the ocean in a quiet tranquil setting, away from the sights and sounds of Highway 98. Shopping and restaurants are a 5 minute or less drive from the townhouse. Park by the front door and enjoy a 10 min walk to many shops and restaurants without having to cross any roads. The beach and pool are both a two min or less walk from your door. There is a five acre lake stocked for fishing on property. Bring you own fishing pole, catch and release only. The lake is just a two minute walk from our front door. Children will enjoy feeding the many ducks and turtles in the lake, or enjoy the fountains with lights in the evening.

The townhouse is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, pots and pans, coffee-maker, toaster, microwave, blender, griddle, and Crockpot. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with DVD player. The family room has a 32' flat screen TV with DVD, VCR and stereo. We even have a docking station for your i-pod. All linens, bath and kitchen towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. There is a gas grill on the back porch for your private use. We also have a large assortment of sand, beach and pool toys available for all guests to use. There is an air fill station at the pool to inflate inflatable pool and beach toys. There is a large assortment of beach chairs and umbrellas available for your use. Beach service is available if you wish to rent beach chairs and umbrellas which includes the set up and take down service.

Park right in front of your front door in this spacious family oriented community of town homes tucked back by the ocean. Located right in the heart of Destin, kiddy corner across the street from the Big Kahuna Water Park off of Highway 98. Amenities include: central heating and air-conditioning, a 32' flat screen TV in the main room with DVD, VCR and stereo and, a full-size washer/dryer, a microwave, dishwasher, a coffee maker, crock pot, blender, griddle, pots and pans, and kitchen utensils among many other things. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV/DVD, and a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and TV/DVD, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin size bed as the top bunk and a full size bed as the bottom bunk, a single size trundle and TV/DVD. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. A Pack'n Play, childs air mattress and 2 booster chairs are available for small children. All linens and kitchen and bath towels are provided

Outside the back door you will find a storage closet filled with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and many pool and beach toys for your enjoyment. Beach service, chair and umbrella rental, is available for an additional fee. When you walk out the back door you will enjoy the garden patio area, fresh gulf breezes, a large table with umbrella that seats six, and a gas grill for your private use. The large heated pool and kiddie pool are just a 20 second walk from your front door. There is an air fill station available to fill inflatable water toys and floats. The beach is just a two minute walk over the grass. On this unique property you will enjoy a private lake stocked for fishing (catch and release only). Bring the kids to the walking bridge to feed the fish and turtles.
