First Level is street level sleeping 8 guests. A large master bedroom with glass doors opening onto oceanfront patio. Master bedroom has a king sized bed and master bath with tiled tub for two. The two other bedrooms have a queen size bed in each and a queen sized sleeper couch in the living room. There is an oceanfront kitchen with large storage cabinets. Second Level sleeps 11 guest and is 15 steps down. It has a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 doubles in 1 bedroom and the other bedroom has a double and a twin and a queen sized sleeper couch in the living room. Third Level sleeps 10 guest with 1 king in the master, 2 doubles in one bedroom, 2 twins in the other and a queen sized sleeper sofa and 8' couch and love seat in the living room. We supply robes for your comfort and binoculars to enjoy the view. Each level has an electric 5 gallon water dispenser with hot and cold water. We supply 5 gallon bottles of Sparklets water. We supply bath towels [12 per level ]

Please bring all your own beach towels, toilet paper,paper goods. NO GLASS OR GLASS BOTTLES ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA. We supply hand soap, cleaning solvents, dish towels, dish soap and trash bags. Washers and dryers are available for weekly stays one time only midweek. Private off street parking is available for up to 5 cars. Extra parking on our dead end street. We live at the end of the street with a sign on the garage saying Pat and Bob. The villa has all the comforts of home. Kitchens have dining for 10 in second and third levels. 500 channels of Direct TV plus NFL Football Package and NHL Hockey Package, stereos radios with tape and CD player, DVD and VCR. Large country kitchens with refrigerator, stove and microwave. Large Costco size kitchen cabinets in kitchen. Recliners and rockers for your comfort. Oceanfront Community Olympic pool with green areas and built-in barbecues for picnics.

There is a community oceanfront pool and tennis courts available for our renters. We have a large oceanfront park next to the condo for games and exercise. Being in our villas is like being on a ship; you see water in all directions. The windows are all blue glass, which allows you to see the abundance of birds that fly by. Enjoy watching the dolphins surfing, & the many birds on the beach and in the water. Seals come by occasionally and frolic in the waves. The property is in San Antonio Del Mar, just across from the REAL DEL MAR COUNTRY CLUB, and 12 miles from San Diego border. San Antonio is a gated community with 24-hour guards. In nearby Rosarito you will find a variety of restaurants. 2 girls that will cook $100.00 for 8 hours and caterers from Rosarito restaurant that will come and serve you. Fabrizzios Restuarant in San Antonio delivers Burgers, Pizza, Salads, Pastas,and Subs. Jesse the cab man with 2-15 passenger cabs speaks English will take you to town for a fee of $20-$30
