This spacious Commodore mobile home is located on a private lot - over an acre of land with a quiet park-like setting. We offer a nice, sandy, beach area, a large dock with with a great swing to relax in and enjoy the view. This home features two large bedrooms and a garden tub and shower in the master bath. The large living area has Direct TV with Starz and Showtime included. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the lake out on the deck, complete with table, chairs and a gas grill. Our home is located one-half mile from Hales Ford Bridge, and close to all shopping. If you are looking for convenience and privacy, then this is the place for you.

This spacious Commodore mobile home offers privacy, convenience and better yet is affordable! We are located less than 1/2 mile from Hales Ford Bridge and close to all shopping so you will not have to look far to find what you need. Sitting on over an acre of land at the end of a private cove make this Lakehouse great for swimming, fishing or just relaxing. The children will love the sandy beach and paddle boat while the adults will enjoy relaxing in the comfortable swing overlooking the lake. There is plenty of room for your own boat and we are close to several marinas for easy unloading and loading.

Inside the home you will find the master bedroom on one end with it's own private bath. This bedroom has a queen size bed and Direct TV. The master bath has double sinks, separate shower and a large garden tub. There is a full size kitchen to enjoy your meals in or eat out on the deck complete with table, chairs and a gas grill. The living area has a VCR and Direct TV with two recliners and a sofa to relax in. There is a second bath and bedroom which includes one double and one single bed.

If you are looking for privacy and convenience that is affordable then this is the place for you. We are pet friendly but please just let us know in advance.
