My wife and I have been in the furniture business for over 30 years and have decorated this home for beauty and comfort. Everyone who's been in our home has fallen in love with it. This is not a 'Party House'. The house is located in one of the few developed neighborhoods in Lake Havasu City. The streets have sidewalks and streetlights. The house is only 4 blocks from Hwy 95, at the North entrance to Lake Havasu City. The open living area, (Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen) is designed perfectly for entertaining. **THIS IS NOT A PARY PLACE--PLEASE TREAT OUR HOME AS IF IT WERE YOU OWN**
