Sunset View is unusual in being a larger than average rental home offering 2 master suites. It accommodates a maximum of 8, in its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Benefiting from the afternoon sun, the large pool deck offers access to the 30 feet long pool and integral spa. Dining in the evening on the pool deck can offer amazing sunset views. Hibiscus and other exotic plants provide privacy for the pool area. Guests also have access to the full size community pool, tennis courts and other sports facilities. Recognizing the pressures of business in today's competitive world, the rental of Sunset View includes internet access via a wireless computer network for those bringing their own laptop as well as an in-house computer. International telephone calls to most major countries as well as long distance and local calls are also included in the rental fee.

Sunset View is within the quiet residential community of Indian Ridge to the south of the city of Orlando. The large pool deck faces west enabling guests to enjoy the amazing sunsets in the evening and warmth of the sun during the day. It is also close to Highway 192 which offers numerous restaurants to eat in or take-away.
