House is in a nice private gated community with lots of free resort amenities-see below. This beach house is very nice, fully furnished, redecorated, beachy with full kitchen, new refrigerator, stacked washer and dryer. Resort has community indoor / outdoor pools, gym, tennis courts, lakes, children's playground, baseball field, basketball court, library, 24 hr. gated security, church, community center. Outside beach shower with separate water heater. Large master bedroom with color cable TV and DVD player, king size bed, full bath. Second bedroom has queen bed with full bath down hall and large closet with stacked washer and dryer in it. Third bedroom has a double day bed and is beside kitchen and dining room. All security gates are closed from 1am to 5am, except for the main security gate beside Rose Realty building. The OCV Key’s gate (across the from Conch restaurant) is the closet gate to 211 Sanddollar Dr. house and the beach.*** ***Golf cart rentals are also available on-site at the front office admin building for ~$300/week.**** Owner to purchase a golf cart rental for this rental house in November 2008 for $200/week.
