6th Arrondissement St Germain des Pres apartment Rental Property Information

This is a beautiful apartment decorated by an interior designer. It has two good-size bedrooms, one with its own shower and basin. There is also a separate bathroom that has a basin, shower and a W.C. There is another separate W.C. Also, is a large sitting room with one of the sofas that is a sofabed. Off the sitting room, is a big open kitchen fully equipped. It has recently been remodeled to a very high standard. The linens are new and of very fine quality like every thing else in this apartment. Very unusual for Paris, it has a lovely private access, with a beautiful mural painting (see photos). It is in a very quite spot, so there is no noise at night. One downfall which to some is a plus, he entrance of the building is in need of repainting but the price will also be higher when done up! Its only downfall, which for some will be a plus, is the fact that the communal areas of the building are due to be repainted next year. So Ok, it is not the smartest entrance off the street although it is in a 17th century building. The plus is that the rent is quite a bit cheaper than it will be when repainted next year!!!

Don't forget to view the positive comments written by the guests who have stayed at rue des Saints-Pères.
