The lake, part of the TVA electric power system, is drawn down some in the winter months, but leaves enough to enjoy the view, fishing, and boating. Fall and Winter offer cool fresh air, gorgeous views of the changing fall leaves, and occasional snow. The fireplace keeps you plenty cozy on these cool evenings. Free Pontoon boat use and the lake is up!!! (rental at Marina is $150 for half a day. Outdoor basketball hoop, Large fenced yard for playing or for pets, Ping-Pong table, Wood-burning Fireplace, Heat and Air Conditioning, 2 Cable TVs, CD/DVD player with surround sound, 2 Refrigerators, Lakeside fire pit, Pets Allowed (and children if well behaved).
