The home is located in a quiet area of the SE area of Martha's Vineyard. It is about 7/10th of a mile to South Beach, which is known for its amazing surf and nearly rock-free sandy beach. The home is about 2 miles from downtown Edgartown. It is across the street from homes directly on Katama Bay which now has access to the Atlantic Ocean at Norton Point. There are select water views from the home that decrease as the foliage increases. This is a gorgeous area of many upscale homes. The Katama house is a simple, classic one-level style home. There are three bedrooms each with two beds that have new mattresses. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and an attached full bathroom. The living area is open with a three-sided fireplace that backs to the kitchen. The kitchen has a large pantry and a dishwasher. There is a full sized washer and dryer on the main level. The backyard is private and large with a step-down deck and a gas grill. This is a great 3-season rental home!
