Minutes from the city of Casa Grande and Located half way between Phoenix (Sky Harbor) and Tucson International Airports. The house is about 40 minutes south of Phoenix and 40 minutes north of Tucson. Take the Toltec Road exit (exit 203) off the Interstate 10 freeway, on the south side of Toltec Road. Exit 203 off I-10 go south one half mile, pass the (Grande Valley Golf Club Entrance), and take your first left into entry gate at the magnificent Grande Valley Ranch Development.
