This incredible oceanfront house features 180-degree white-water views! It is a great beach house, located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in the most desirable area of Sunny San Diego. You can enjoy the ocean view from the entire living area and the master bedroom. The fully-equipped home offers 2,300 square feet of living space, with a two-car garage coded entry or remote control access to the house. Located between Del Mar and Carlsbad, the home is private, secure, and close to everything. Swim, surf, golf, or just sit back and relax. Chaise lounges, a patio table, chairs, and a barbecue are provided for your enjoyment. Watch the dolphins play while you sip margaritas. Stroll the local area to dining, boutiques, and more. The house has a locked gate entrance to provide privacy and the beach access is along a gentle winding path -- only two houses away on a one-way street. We are just ten minutes from Legoland.

Beautiful north coastal San Diego has it all! Close to downtown Encinitas and Carlsbad, a short drive to downtown San Diego or nearby Orange County. Miles of ocean and beaches await you, and you can easily get to famous locations throughout this Southern California resort area. Legoland and the Del Mar Fairgrounds and Race Track are within a 10 minute drive. 30-35 minutes to downtown the world famous San Diego Zoo, Sea World, 40 minutes the the San Diego Wild Animal Park and only about 75 minutes to Disneyland, 50 minutes to Gorgeous Laguna Beach or Newport Beach, South Coast Metro/ Plaza in Costa Mesa. Lots of golf courses, deep see fishing at Dana Point or Point Loma are an easy drive away. La Costa Resort and Torrey Pines Golf Courses close by, or a 3 minute drive to Encinitas Ranch Golf Course.   • All bathrooms are well supplied with liquid soaps, towels, bath mats and area rugs. The master bathroom has an exhaust fan and an extra wall heater for your comfort on chilly mornings. All are sparkling clean! The master bathroom now has natural spring water pumped to the glass dispenser, as well as to the kitchen sink dispenser and refrigerator ice and glass dispenser. (60 gallon tank!)

  • The master bedroom is huge with a full walk-in closet and dressing area. It has wonderful ocean views through the sliding glass door through the oceanfront living room across the enclosed entrance deck. Very private! The floor plan of this house is single story and well planned for your comfort. Spring Water is provided at the master sink. Goosedown comforter for chilly nights. TV and DVD player, lots of linens and extra blankets. Bedroom 2 Also has a TV and DVD/VCR, and the bathroom is connected within this bedroom. Ocean view through side window. The 3rd bedroom has extra long adjustable twins with down comforters. The bathroom is in the hall, but around the corner from the other bedrooms providing privacy. There is a portable crib and an extra daybed for your use stored in the closets. Also a fold-out mattress. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space also.

The house is one level allowing wheelchair accessibility and the showers have safety bars. They are not level with the floor, but do have a low step over. Children are welcome. There are two baby gates for blocking the access from the deck to the yard or for use as you see fit. A portable crib is also available for your use. You can also rent a full-sized crib and have it set up and delivered for you.
