High speed cable connection: Budget minded? My popular fifth floor studio #520 is available at $15 less per night. (See rate chart.) High speed internet connection is now available. Service is provided by Oceanic Time Warner Cable who will charge your credit card at a rate of $9.95 per 24 hr. day or $39.95 per week. Easy access instructions are posted in the unit. The Hansgrohe wall bar shower is the same as you sometimes find in 4 star hotels. The central air conditioning has individual electronic controls. The artist/owner has tastefully furnished his centrally air conditioned, mountain facing studios. The firm California king bed in both units, along with the carpeted bedroom / living area, make these desirable retreats. Also, there's a rollaway bed with standard size mattress for a third guest.
Parking and laundry services: On site parking is $3.65 per night payable at the front desk. Also, there is a coin operated commercial grade laundry room on each floor. There are no other charges. The on-site activities desk can be very helpful in suggesting and arranging your 'play' time.
