You'll enjoy beautiful ocean views from this charming, two bedroom two bath remodeled home that is just half a block from the ocean in gorgeous North Laguna Beach. The fully stocked house has hardwood floors, displays fine art, Italian pottery, and linens, as well as gas bbq, cable television, internet, fax and all amenities - DVDs, videos, books, plasma TV, beach chairs and private laundry. There is an excellent sit down 'Catalina' view from the large living room and outdoor deck. The sand is just steps away. You'll never want to leave this peaceful oasis. Walk to all of Laguna's fabulous summer festivals and events. The town, restaurants, shopping, oceanfront bars, movie theaters, and markets are also within walking distance.

The ocean view guest house is also available for rent which has two bedrooms/two bathrooms and sleeps seven with a qn, bunks and one and a fold-out couch. There is a large ocean view balcony for enjoying sun and fun! There is a full ocean view kitchen and dining area as well with ample convenient parking. There are washers and dryers in both units. The property is quiet and is very close to the water. It is next door to a market, a gym, a nail salon and a French cafe. There are many additional amenities too numerous to mention. Main beach is a short walk with Laguna's fine restaurants, art galleries, movie theater, shops and Pageant of the Masters and the Sawdust Festival. At the end of the street there are walking paths and trails that meander along Laguna's prettiest beaches and coves. Enjoy all this without driving if you desire. Some of Laguna's finest surfing beaches are very close and if you scuba dive, some of the best diving in the area is walking distance from the hous

If golf is your sport, the world class Pelican Hill Resort and Golf course is a two mile drive. Enjoy many hiking and mountain bike trails in the hills surrounding Laguna. If you ever have any reason to want to leave Laguna, the property is conveniently located in the North part of town very close to the 73 freeway access road and the brand new ocean view shopping center which houses amongst many things a Williams Sonoma, Trader Joe's, Gap, Banana Republic, Starbucks, Pacific Whey and many other fine shops. This is less than a mile from the property. All in all, this property is exceptional. Enjoy it as if it were your multi-million dollar home away from home. While children are more than welcome here, the house is somewhat difficult for young toddlers as it is decorated with many one of a kind treasures. However, the guest house is perfect for a small family. We look forward to your visit.
