Located in Whistler Village north, the townhome is just across from Market Square with banks, a liquor store, pharmacy, supermarket, video store, and coffee shops. It is a 10 minute walk to the lifts or there is a free shuttle bus every seven minutes.
There is a tennis club next door and three world class golf courses (one designed by Jack Nicholas) nearby. A network of bicycle paths is accessible from the front door that lead to lakes for swimming, by mountain creeks, etc. There is incredible mountain biking, hiking, and sightseeing available.
The complex has a year-round heated swimming pool, hot tub, and exercise facility as well as secure underground parking (all of which is free for guests).
