The home is conveniently located just north of Fairplay at 10,000 foot elevation with easy access to major attractions and amenities. Access out the front door to over 1 million acres of Pike National Forest which contains the 'ten mile range' containing five mountains over 14,000 feet in elevation. Hunting and Fishing opportunities are some of the best in Colorado. White water rafting on the Arkansas River is 25 minutes away in Buena Vista (North) and skiing at Breckenridge (west) is also only 25 minutes away.
