Playa Junquillal house Rental Property Information

Rancho Tambor (Drum Ranch) is equipped with two completely separate living areas. Come with family and friends while maintaining your privacy. At no time will the house be rented to another party at the time of your rental. This guarantees complete privacy. There are 3 FULL baths with jacuzzi spa tubs and 2 outdoor spa showers! The private pool overlooks the forest where you can view wild parrots racing across the horizon. Each morning and evening the howler monkeys talk away! Enjoy changing sunsets that reflect magnificently off the pool from the covered porch. The entire house is equipped with glass doors that fold back to bring the outside in, giving the open-air feeling that is typical of Costa Rican living. There is a general manager, housekeeper, and security. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and laundry service are also, available. Guided horseback tours may be arranged.

We are located on 14 acres in the rarest of tropical forests, the deciduous tropical forest. Horseback riding is available for our guests. We have a guard who will watch your belongings while you trek off to the isolated beaches of Playa Venado. There is a nearby estuary teaming with wildlife. There is a small river for kayaking. (Playa Venado 3 miles from Junquillal Costa Rica)
