The loft offers modern amenities in an area steeped in history, a perfect base for day trips to tourist attractions, business, easy shopping, commuting, and living. This historic block, at the convergence of Yerba Buena Avenue and Adeline Street, was once the confluence of four of the old Key Route railway’s streetcar lines. While the Key Route is history, this location remains very well served by public transit (including BART, AC Transit, and the free Emery-Go-Round shuttle) and is ideally situated for private car commuters as well. From this location, a driver headed in any direction can use surface streets to easily circumvent the worst of the Bay Bridge-80-880-580. The loft is also an easy foot commute to Pixar and Chiron, with Oakland and Berkeley within comfortable cycling range.
